If you are no longer using our products or services and would like to have a refund issue, you may contact your Designer or point of contact.

Note that we can only refund a paid product or service if it is no more than 60 days past date of payment.

If you are cancelling an ongoing project and are requesting a refund please visit our Cancellation of work policy.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method and may take up to 3-5 business days to process depending on your bank or credit card services.

Does not apply to Sismo subscriptions.
