Accounts that are not paid for in full by the end of the term will be given a seven (7) day grace period. After he (7) seven day grace period, Square reserves the right to suspend your services.
After (14) fourteen days of non-payment, the account will be terminated. Square will not be responsible for any damages or losses (including data) as a result of said suspension or termination.
Square reserves the right to refuse to re-activate your services until any outstanding invoices are paid in full.
