Can I get a refund due to inactivity?

Unfortunately we cannot refund due to inactivity during your Sismo subscription. We only offer refunds during your initial trial period. You can cancel your subscription at anytime by reaching out to us 4 days before your next subscription payment.

Note: Our subscription rate may vary due to demand. By staying on as a subscriber, you are locking in your rate. If you cancel and re-subscribe during a high demand quarter, you may pay more per month.
