Square will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors submitted in part by the Client.
The Client is encouraged to proofread all artwork carefully. In addition, we are not responsible for incorrect dates or misspelled words in files submitted by Client or jobs approved by Client upon design completion.
Square will not be held responsible for any loss or damage sustained by the Client as a result of the use of materials created or supplied by Square, including fonts, stock photos, or any material supplied by a third party. All works created by Square Design Firm will be considered approved for use by the Client prior to being released to the Client for use in any way.
All preliminary work and materials produced by Square Design Firm for the purposes of developing any work for the Client remain the sole property of Square Design Firm, not including previously copyrighted materials supplied by the Client.
Any unauthorized usage of copyrighted materials created by Square Design Firm will be actively pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
