Square will provide the deliverables (the “Deliverables”) specified in the SOW. Unless otherwise provided in the SOW, the Deliverable will be deemed accepted unless Customer provides a written rejection (stating the nature of the non-conformity relative to the SOW) within five (5) days of delivery.
